Technical Support
We offer a comprehensive range of technical support services to ensure your school has the support and knowledge it needs to thrive. Our support services can be be accessed from 9am to 5.30pm.
Our experienced helpdesk and support engineers are on hand to rapidly assess and advise or solve issues without delay, for personalised attention, and a proactive approach that keeps your learning environment running smoothly.
AV Installations
Our primary AV goal is to equip schools with the necessary tools to provide the best possible experience.
We offer expert installation and support of interactive flat panels and projectors in areas such as classrooms and common areas.
Working closely with our customers, we tailor our services to meet each unique need and ensure both optimal learning and working environments.
Configuration
Our pre-configuration services ensure that your Chromebooks are ready to go straight into the classroom and into the hands of your students. This saves your staff the hassle associated with setups and giving them time back to spend on classroom activities.
Our Google® Certified experts will work with you and your staff to develop a jointly agreed schedule of services. They can enrol Chromebooks to your Google domain environment and inspect them for any issues, update the Chrome OS to the latest version, perform wireless network configuration for the network, repackage all Chromebooks and prepare for delivery.
Deployment Services
Our Google® Certified experts have set up and configured thousands of Chromebooks. We will tailor our service to your specific requirements to ensure the smoothest transition between legacy systems and your new Chrome environment.
We can arrange for an engineer to come to your school and assist with the deployment of your new devices. We will work with you to ensure that any data transfer is seemless and hassle free, and you are fully prepared to configure user accounts and device settings on your new Chromebooks.
Warranties
As an HP Authorized Service Centre, we are committed to offering you HP warranty service along with a mix of service support options. Our HP trained service engineers will diagnose and fix all your Chromebook issues onsite or in-house, depending on your warranty agreement.
Our help-Desk serves as a single point of contact for you or anyone in your school to report a breakdown, or request service for your equipment. Simply let us know what you require, and our customer service representatives will take care of the rest.
